This young lady started with HWS 20+ years ago. About 8 years ago we had a call from a dealer who wanted to enable their Warranty Administrator to navigate some serious health issues and still maintain her employment. HWS sent Sherri to help 2 days a week. When the time came that the Warranty Administrator could no longer work, Sherri signed on with them and has been an employee for them for the past 6 yrs. Yes, she is my daughter, but I was proud of her for not leaving the dealer in a bind and for honoring the Warranty Administrator who had become her friend.
Meet Karla, she is amazing. She was working in the dealership in the accounting department and there was an opening for a Warranty Manager. She fit the bill completely. We were entrusted with training and mentoring Karla, and still maintain an ongoing friendship and mentorship to this day.
What a beautiful talented duo. Amber stayed on working with Karla as an assistant, after HWS work was done with training. They still work together as a team, and as long as HWS or Warranty on Wheels are around, they will be a part of an ever-growing team.
Amber, beautiful person, wonderful friend. Amber came on board with HWS as a friend to help us out with a good size project. She had no idea of what she was getting into. Amber was such a quick study and enthusiastic assistant, she stayed on with the dealer after HWS had completed training. I know we will always be friends, even though I pulled her into this world of Warranty.
Meet Kevin: He came onboard to a dealer who had a little bit of catch up to do, as well as a bit of training for a different truck line. So pleased to say he was and is doing great and we were blessed to be able to grow and work together on Ford Truck warranties and even added in a little accounting when reconciling schedules. I am sure he will be doing this for a long time and we will stay friends and mentors for others down the road.
Meet Annalisa, HWS has had the opportunity to train Annalisa, to complete warranty check-ups with her and to fill in for vacation time for her. She is pictured here with her awesome son who competed in the National Junior Olympics and did extremely well in that competition. The competition was scheduled during the EOM several states away. HWS was able to fill-in for the weeks’ vacation at the EOM, and Annalisa was able to be with her son for this extra ordinary event without the concern of returning to an overwhelming amount of work and not enjoying her special time with her son. To this day we still maintain a wonderful mentoring relationship,
This warranty admin is going to Spain for a 3 week vacation. She will have no mess when she gets home. “Warranty On Wheels” has it covered.
