We have serviced dealers primarily in the Mid- Atlantic region. During the past 35 years we have provided full in-house warranty services to 30+ dealerships as well as the services listed above. At this time, HWS is servicing 8 dealerships on a full-service level, in-house. 6 of these dealers have been clients for 10+ years. We have trained many Warranty Administers who have become very valuable and loyal employees to their dealerships for years.
WARRANTY ON WHEELS, is a continuation of Halls Warranty Service doing what I do best and love to do:
Train individuals to do what I love and what has been very good to me through the years. Giving individuals a chance to change their lives and find a way to grow and prosper in a professional atmosphere where integrity, self-motivation, follow-through, and teamwork are very valuable assets.

We have filled in for many a maternity leave in my career, these ladies were extremely grateful to be able to focus on their family and to return to their jobs when able.
We have covered extended vacations for admins that needed two or more weeks consecutively, and again very grateful to not have to come back to a workload that would take 2 months to catch up on. WARRANTY CHECK UPS
When was the last time someone other than an auditor reviewed your warranty claims and processes, for manufacturer’s Policy and Procedures compliance? Don’t get caught by surprise.
